We offer a variety of payment plans, including a discount for payment in-full at the start of treatment and payment options to be paid over a period of months. We will work with each patient to establish an affordable financial arrangement. We can also set up an automatic deduction from your credit card; for your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
The initial orthodontic exam with Dr. Goldstein and Dr. Feinberg is complimentary.
If you have insurance we will help you verify the coverage available to you. We will also accept assignment from most insurance plans, and will file the necessary papers with your insurance company. You are responsible for informing us of any changes to your insurance coverage. Please be aware that the payment schedule is determined by the insurance carrier at the time services are rendered and may be paid out over the course of treatment. Pre-authorization by phone or paper is not a guarantee of payment. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.
Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
