COVID-19 Update

APDO Scottsdale Orthodontics Team

As our practice responds to COVID-19, the health and safety of our patients, employees, doctors and all of their families remains our top priority.

We are participating with guidelines issued by the federal government, the American Dental Association, the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners and the Arizona State Dental Association. They have all instructed dental offices to temporarily cease all non-essential visits with the exception of emergency care.   We are all in this together and APDO remains committed to be a responsible player and leader in our community and beyond.
We recognize that this time may be very difficult for many of our patients, parents, doctors, and staff.  As more knowledge about the spread of COVID-19 becomes available, we believe it’s imperative that we in no way contribute to the problem or the spread of the virus.

During our closure, our front desk will be managing calls to the office.

  • We will do our very best to reschedule patients in a timely manner but as this situation is very fluid, it is impossible to give a firm prediction for the future.

  • We will be available to see any emergency patients in a safe way.

  • We have tele-dentistry and virtual consultation with our doctors available for your safety.  Please call our office and we will help in any way that we can.

Rest assured, when we are able to reopen our doors in the near future, we will be able to deliver care to all of our patients under any guidelines set by the CDC and / or our state institutions.  We are hard at work modifying our systems to accommodate stricter guidelines.  We will never accept compromises to care for our patients in safety, excellence and experience.

As always...Thank you for choosing us!!  We love our patients - Please stay safe.  We look forward to being able to continue to care for you.
